Peanut butter and chocolate energy balls


12 Medjool dates

80g of porridge oats

100g peanut butter

4 tablespoons of cacao or 6 tablespoons of cocoa powder.


  1. ​Simply add all ingredients to a food processor and blitz for approximately 2 – 3 minutes until all ingredients have combined.
  2. Roll into equal sized balls (I usually get 10 out of this mixture).
  3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Will keep well for up to 2 weeks
  4. Tip – If the mixture is really wet then add in another tablespoon of oats. Equally if the the mixture is really dry and not combining well then add in a tablespoon of water.
