I understand, because when I became a mum it hit me like a ton of bricks in ways I wasn’t expecting. Hey, I'm Janine...

I know that Nutritional Therapy saved me from a really dark place, and that everyone should know just how powerful it can be. 
My health wasn’t always great… I had anxiety, no end of gut issues (that stopped me going out at times), my PMS was uncontrollable (I passed out at work from the pain) and further investigations confirmed I had PCOS. I didn’t sleep well. I regularly woke in the night or struggled to fall asleep and I was completely and utterly exhausted. 
Trips to the GP weren’t overly helpful; I was prescribed one pill after another that simply gave me another set of symptoms. 

Enough was enough

After reaching the enough is enough point, I decided I needed to take my health into my own hands and after a lot of research stumbled across nutritional therapy… I was always interested in food, and I loved cooking. I ate healthily…or so I thought. After experimenting with different foods I started to notice a difference; my energy levels were better, I no longer felt in pain after every meal and I didn’t need to unbutton my trousers every night because of severe bloating. 

Nutritional Therapy changed my life

Nutritional Therapy changed my life so much that I started a complete career change. I knew there were other women out there battling the same things I did and I wanted to make a difference in this world. 

I was the healthiest I’d ever been. Until I became a mum…. It hit me like a ton of bricks and those feelings of exhaustion, overwhelm, bloating, anxiety all came flooding back. 

After deepening my knowledge, further studying, further implementation work, I restored my health, found my energy levels again, and found my confidence. I discovered ways to make healthy eating really easy whilst navigating newborn life and toddler life. I’d restored my health once again using nutritional therapy. 
I now spend my days helping women navigate their journey into motherhood, helping them find themselves again, restoring their energy levels and helping them get that glow back. 
I truly love my job and I love seeing women go through the transformation that I did.
